Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually shipped within 7-9 working days after confirmation.

As a small, independent brand, I ship through trusted carriers within India, usually India Post. Delivery timelines typically take 5 to 7 working days within India, depending on the destination.

Please note:

- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location.
- Certain remote pincodes may incur an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, I will reach out before dispatch.

Returns

I truly hope you love your Eemli piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, please read the guidelines below.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact

Before sending anything back, please email hello@shopeemli.com for return approval and instructions.

Once approved, the item must reach us within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any additional charges for returned parcels must be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the amount will be issued as a store credit or exchanged for another item, depending on availability.

As a small batch brand, we are unable to process cash refunds. I truly appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing me at hello@eemli.in. Once an order has been processed or shipped, I won’t be able to cancel it. As a small brand working closely with artisans, I begin preparing orders quickly as it's a long process. I truly appreciate your understanding.
