Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually shipped within 7-9 working days after confirmation.

As a small, independent brand, I ship through trusted carriers within India, usually India Post. Delivery timelines typically take 5 to 7 working days within India and approximately 10 to 15 working days for international orders, depending on the destination.

Please note:

- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location.
- Certain remote pincodes may incur an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, I will reach out before dispatch.

International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs duties and taxes cannot be cited as a reason for refusal or return of the parcel.

Returns

I truly hope you love your Eemli piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, please read the guidelines below.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact

Before sending anything back, please email hello@shopeemli.com for return approval and instructions.

Once approved, the item must reach us within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs duties or additional charges for returned parcels must be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the amount will be issued as a store credit or exchanged for another item, depending on availability.

As a small batch brand, we are unable to process cash refunds. I truly appreciate your understanding.
