If a product has a genuine defect (e.g., torn fabric or broken stitches), return it to us following our instructions. Accepted claims will be refunded, including return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delivery issues, stock limitations, pricing errors, or quality concerns. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any charges within 15 working days.

International Orders:
